Fundamental Principle #5

Make sure your eating plan allows for some "Pleasure" foods. It's okay to eat cheesecake and fried chicken and those "bad" goodies - as long as your plan accommodates it every now and then. If you don't... and strictly deprive yourself, don't be surprised if you fail to adhere to your program.

Fundamental Principle #6

Never eat less than 1400 calories a day, no matter what. In fact there's no need to cut down so drastically on calories. That's an old myth that still survives from the last century.

Fundamental Principle #7

Understand that your body has a self-preservation mechanism which is triggered whenever it believes it is going to starve. Any time you drastically reduce your calorie intake it thinks it’s going to be deprived of food and its survival mechanism kicks in. The first thing it does is to slow down your metabolism so your body can maintain what it believes is the weight point.

The result is very, very slow weight loss which could be discouraging and this is what leads most overweight people to abandon their weight loss programs before they can even get rid of enough fat to pile back on. In other words, they don’t put it back on because they couldn’t take it off in the first place.

An Easier Way

So the key really is to follow as closely as you can each of these principles. A physician has already put this whole methodology together in an easy to follow program. Eating 5 meals each day (4 on weekends) the results have been almost unbelievable… that is until you see the before and after pictures of the obese, fat, overweight hopeless cases that are now permanently slim.

Look at these results and see what you think. This may be just the answer you’ve been looking for.  You will see your weight disappear never to come back again.
